Percepción de la atención primaria y experiencia del médico en el SERUMS. Análisis del 2013 al 2023

Resumen

Objetivo: Explorar las diferencias en la percepción acerca de la atención primaria en médicos, que hayan realizado su SERUMS entre el 2013 al 2023, según sus características sociodemográficas. Metodología: Se aplicó un instrumento en una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 101 médicos, el instrumento se compuso de tres secciones: consentimiento informado, preguntas sociodemográficas y el cuestionario de percepción de atención primaria. Tras ello, se realizó un análisis factorial exploratorio y se examinaron diferencias estadísticamente significativas según características sociodemográficas. Resultados: Se obtuvieron diferencias significativas según universidad de formación, procedencia y año de realización del SERUMS. Conclusión: Es preciso indicar que las autoridades sanitarias deben canalizar políticas y estrategias que mejoren la experiencia del SERUMS desde el marco institucional de la atención primaria de calidad considerando las características propias del médico peruano.
